Safety and Legal Compliance
You may not use, direct, support, or allow anyone else to use the Service for conduct that is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with this Usage Policy, regardless of how that conduct is carried out.
Threats to public safety and public order
- Participating in, supporting, glorifying, or facilitating terrorism, organized violence, extremist violence, or conduct that threatens public safety, including conduct motivated by hate or prejudice.
- Disrupting, degrading, compromising, or destroying critical infrastructure or information systems of public importance, including systems used for energy, communications, healthcare, finance, transportation, government services, or emergency response.
- Using the Service for national security, military, weapons, surveillance, or intelligence activities without our prior written approval.
Dangerous materials and harmful acts
- Designing, developing, acquiring, producing, distributing, using, or materially supporting weapons, explosives, chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or other materials or systems capable of causing serious physical harm.
- Providing instructions, plans, assistance, or operational support that would enable substantial harm to people, property, public safety, or physical security.
Illegal activities and improper transactions
- Engaging in conduct that violates, evades, or creates a material risk of violating applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, or contractual restrictions.
- Buying, selling, brokering, promoting, or otherwise facilitating illegal, stolen, counterfeit, restricted, or improper goods or services.
- Facilitating human trafficking, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual services, pornography involving exploitation, or other abusive or coercive activity.
- Operating, promoting, or facilitating gambling, betting, lotteries, or similar activities involving money, tokens, prizes, credits, or other economic benefits where prohibited or restricted.
Infringement of rights and cyberattacks
- Accessing, altering, exfiltrating, intercepting, damaging, or destroying another person's systems, networks, accounts, data, devices, assets, or communications without authorization, including through malware, credential theft, phishing, vulnerability exploitation, or denial-of-service activity.
- Infringing intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other legally protected rights of any person or organization.
- Bypassing, disabling, probing, or misusing access controls, rate limits, safety systems, security controls, technical safeguards, or account restrictions maintained by us or by a third party.
- Conducting security testing, red-team activity, scanning, benchmarking against protected systems, or other experimental activity against the Service without our prior written approval.
Harm to and undue influence over individuals
- Threatening, coercing, harassing, stalking, humiliating, defaming, impersonating, persistently contacting, or otherwise abusing or violating the dignity, reputation, or personal rights of an individual.
- Creating or distributing content that encourages, instructs, normalizes, glamorizes, or facilitates suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, substance abuse, or other conduct that may seriously harm physical or mental health.
- Creating, transforming, distributing, or soliciting sexual content involving coercion, sexual violence, non-consent, private images, or a person's likeness, voice, identity, character, or intellectual property where you do not have the rights and consent required for that use.
Improper use in professional domains
- Providing individualized medical, legal, financial, tax, insurance, employment, housing, safety, or other professional judgments or advice without appropriate review and responsibility by qualified professionals.
